Job Description

  • Provide support for the teams on scheduling high volume of interviews and meetings in an organized and prompt manner and advise potential hires on the selection process when required
  • Involve in coordinating for recruitment matters.
  • Update and maintain data on the dashboards and on our Applicant Tracking System and Room booking.
  • Assist in organizing event, travel coordination and expenses claim.
  • Support venue/meeting room booking on behalf of the functional head(s).
  • Support data collation & consolidation.
  • Work on text & graphics (edit/coordinate) if required.
  • Other admin tasks and projects for Online functional heads.
  • Support Treasury Admin and other event arrangements including and to limited to update bank master, and financial covenant update and follow up
