Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining prospective clients and transactions databases.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure database is updated
- Assisting team members in administrative work such as arranging for conference calls, meetings, transport, courier and other ad hoc duties.
- Responsible for invoices and following up of billings
- Maintain and manage online tracker for directors to track team members performance and current dealings)
- Providing direct marketing support
- Creating marketing materials such as Property Factsheets, Proposals and Presentations with support from in house graphic design team
- Liaise on the setting up of virtual data room and creation of user access. Prepare, upload and manage due diligence related items and documents in the virtual data room
- Supporting team members in their projects by managing NDA signings with prospective buyers, keeping track of their status, arrangement of viewings, updating of marketing progress reports, responsible for backing up of projects upon completion etc
- Assisting with expense claim for meals and transportation booking of business trips for director levels and above, getting relevant approvals etc
- Assisting executive director in planning with his meeting schedules
- Provides support to Leasing team for marketing events

- 2 - 3 years of Relevant work experience
