Selection Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in elementary and/or secondary schools, or equivalent.
• Experience in tutorial centres for primary and secondary students.
• Evidence of students successfully passing CEQ/AEIS examinations.
• Demonstrated good presentation skills and ability to deliver lessons systematically.
• Proven track record in effective classroom management.
• Possesses a positive and patient disposition.
• Proactive in adopting student-centred instruction and delivery.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player.
• Able to adapt to different working conditions and demonstrate positive team spirit.
• Displays a positive attitude towards work and work-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons, tutorials, and practical classes according to the course syllabus.
• Mark and moderate coursework and assessment papers.
• Prepare examination-related reports.
• Perform invigilation duties.
• Provide supervision and consultation to students as required.
• Provide feedback to the Academic Director (or designate) on class performance.
• Perform administrative functions related to teaching subjects, as assigned by the Academic Director (or designate).
• Attend departmental meetings and other meetings organised by the Head, Person-in-Charge (PIC), Academic Director, CEO, or their designate.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Academic Director (or designate).
