The Happy Train programme is a Holistic brain-training programme that enriches children's growing minds through a variety of games, guided play and hands-on activities. The curriculum is designed to motivate the little learner's aspiration of achievement. Our hand-made teaching materials encourage children to explore concepts and ideas through experiential learning. We believe in the importance of developing core skills and shaping children's learning attitudes. We are the developer of the unique multi-lingual brain development programme for children aged 3 months to 6 years old. The team of developers is a team of vastly experienced teachers, with expertise in early childhood education, right-brain training, speech training, linguistics and music education. Our teachers are intensively trained to know the fundamentals of the programme and understand the developmental needs of children. The lessons are always conducted in an enjoyable manner so children can learn well in a positive environment.

Job Summary

Since 2008, Happy Train has enriched children's learning through a unique bilingual right brain training programme. As a teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, monitor developmental progress, and foster positive relationships with children and parents, contributing to their holistic growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons aligned with the Happy Train brain development curriculum, policies, and framework to facilitate children's cognitive and language development
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and learning aids to support experiential and multi-sensory learning activities
• Monitor and evaluate children's progress regularly to tailor instruction and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with children and parents to encourage a supportive learning environment and effective communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage children and collaborate with parents effectively
• Exhibit passion and commitment to nurturing young children's development and learning attitudes
• Possess proficiency in English to communicate clearly with children and parents, supporting bilingual programme delivery
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in any major fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Availability to work a 5-day week from Wednesday to Sunday or a part-time 3-day week from Friday to Sunday, including weekends
