You will deliver lessons for Skool Ready children (for now), prepare learning resources and materials, ensure well-being and safety of the children, take responsibility for their daily lesson, and contribute to centre and parent partnership activities.
Teaching & Learning
- Deliver appropriate lessons for Skool Ready classes, demonstrating a variety of teaching techniques according to curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare appropriate learning activities, resources and materials for Skool Ready classes.
- Participate in setting up and up-keeping of learning centres (e.g. Math, Science, English, Chinese, Art & Craft) to facilitate children's learning.
- Monitor the development of the chidren and update children's developmental profile.
Well-being of Children
- Ensure the well-being and safety of the children in all domains of children's development.
- Interact with children in an effective and nurturing manner.
- Be responsible and facilitate the conduct of daily care routines for the children.
Centre Activities and Events
- Contribute actively in centre events and activities, e.g plan for field trip.
- Carry out class administration duties.
Engaging Parents & Community
- Partner with parents and the community to foster children's holistic development.
REQUIREMENT
- A local Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T).
- B4 in GCE O level 2nd language (Malay).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
