Teach assigned group classes on weekends, including covering for other teachers when required
Co-create and develop customised lesson content based on students diverse learning needs
Deliver tailored lessons in accordance with the MOE syllabus and curriculum
Encourage students and foster a safe and positive learning environment
Track and monitor students attendance, progress and development
Maintain regular communication with parents on lessons, student conduct and progress
Perform any specific projects and duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Good Degree in any discipline candidates with Postgraduate Diploma in Education or relevant qualifications will have an added advantage
Preferably at least two years of teaching experience in MOE schools or private tuition centres experience working with children with Special Educational Needs preferred
A passion to teach children, including those with Special Educational Needs
Ability to interact with students, parents and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Strong commitment and motivation to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings
Excellent communication skills with good command of verbal and written English
Possess good problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills
