Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Skills & Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in primary schools or any education settings as educators or teaching support staff.
At least 1 year experience in supporting students with high needs or special educational requirements.
Able to monitor and manage students in completing their tasks on hand.
Has good communication skills and can work well with students and parents.
Must be strong in administrative tasks like keeping records and filing.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes where he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of students,
Assist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customised daily after-school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school,
Keep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during and after school. Track and report on the progress of these students, providing regular updates to the Head of Department (HOD) in charge.
Assist in the organising Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge and
Provide support to HR and administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.
