Role
This is a part-time, onsite, Teacher Aide cum Admin support ( General) in the area of Science Lab/ Art Room/ Maths Dept/Programme Support Services in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager and Principal / Vice Principals in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT-
Khatib ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure that the materials in the Art room and equipment in the Science laboratory are clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain the science of hydroponics, Vegepods and eco-garden areas.
- Support in overseeing Science Trails in the school.
- Assist the teachers on the Science experiments
- Maintain the science laboratory inventory
- Maintain the Art room inventory
- Maintain the Maths inventory
- Laminate and packing of teaching resources
- Any other job assigned by school based on schools needs
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Min GCE O-level education
Skills
- Meticulous, organised and have good time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Basic science laboratory knowledge i.e preparing chemicals, apparatus etc.
Experience
- Preferably with similar working experience in school environment

Summary
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027 (20 months)
Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 2.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays such as March, June, September and December school holidays.
