Tea Master

Lead the execution and development of our tea program, spanning both casual tea beverages and premium omakase tea experiences. This role ensures operational efficiency, beverage quality, guest engagement, and team training.

Key Responsibilities

. Casual Tea Beverages: Develop recipes for tea lattes, sparkling teas, and seasonal drinks ensure speed, consistency, and quality manage cost control and inventory.

. Omakase Tea Experience: Curate and deliver high-touch tea sessions with storytelling, seasonal themes, and premium service standards.

. Operations & Team Development: Establish SOPs, train staff on tea knowledge and service, manage stock and suppliers, and uphold hygiene standards.

. Support innovation, revenue targets, and beverage cost control.

Requirements

. 3-5 years experience in tea programs, specialty beverages, or hospitality roles

. Ability to operate in both high-volume and premium formats

. Strong training, SOP development, and cost control skills

. Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
