Working Hour:
- Flexible hours (minimum commitment required)
- Includes weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tea and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take orders and handle cash / POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Answer incoming calls and handle delivery orders accurately and promptly.
- Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- No experience required training will be provided.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to stand for long hours and perform light physical work.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Able to communicate in basic English or Chinese to meet the business needs of the company.
Bonus:
- Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with Food Hygiene Cert will be an added advantage.
- Short notice period or can start immediately will be preferred.
