What You'll Do
- Craft with Care: Prepare herbal milk teas and wellness beverages that taste as good as they look.
- Delight Our Guests: Share your knowledge, make recommendations, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of.
- Keep It Consistent: Deliver the same high quality in every cup - flavor, presentation, and detail matter!
- Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, inviting tea bar that's always ready for service.
- Be a Team Player: Support daily operations, collaborate with your teammates, and create good vibes all around.
- Safety First: Follow food hygiene and safety practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Tea Barista (or strong passion for tea and caf service).
- Eye for detail - you care about presentation and consistency.
- A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays.
