We are seeking an experienced and responsible TCM Spa Manager to join our friendly team.
Job Description
- Manage day to day operations of the Wellness Spa
- Responsible to take charge of team of spa therapists
- Recommend massage packages and services according to the needs of customers
- Ensure the standards of the Spa is upkept to the highest
- Responsible for customer service and sales and marketing for the Spa
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a massage therapist.
- Proficiency in Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Javanese/Balinese Massage, Meridian Tuina, Hot Oil Massage, and Bojin. Foot massage skills are an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, including working extended hours or undertaking additional duties as required.
- Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
