Completion of a three-to four-year diploma or degree program in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from recognized medical schools
Experience in orthopaedics is a valued asset
Experience in treating pain using cupping and herbs is an asset
Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills and are able to build long-term relationships with customers
Be able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners in a team environment
Valid TCM practice license
8 to 10+ years of clinical experience
Recognized expertise in advanced TCM treatments and patient care
Job Responsibilities
Meet with patients to obtain information about their complaints, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health in order to diagnose diseases, physiological disorders or injuries
Develop personalized TCM treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
Provide TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, Bojin, AWT treatment.
Prescribe and prepare customized herbal remedies to support patients healing.
Educate patients about suitable treatment options to achieve optimal outcomes
Mentor and train all levels of TCM physicians
Lead clinical initiatives and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols
