Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and regulated TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services.
- Attend to patients inquiries about treatment and other TCM-related queries.
- Develop personalized TCM treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with service consultants and therapists to provide comprehensive treatment for patients.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote public awareness of TCM services.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff.
- Adhere to the TCM Physician's Code of Conduct and comply with MOH and TCMPB regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any equivalent qualification.
- Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) of Singapore.
- Prior relevant clinic experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
