Job Description

Who We're Looking For

At THE TCM FOLKS, we are a modern specialty TCM clinic focused on pain and injury management. We are growing our clinical team and looking for a TCM Physician to join us.

However, we're not looking for a physician who simply wants another clinic job.

We're looking for someone who wants to become exceptionally good at treating pain, injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

The Role

You will work alongside an experienced pain-focused physician and develop your clinical skills in:

  • Pain and musculoskeletal assessment
  • Acupuncture for pain management
  • Tuina and manual therapy
  • Bone-setting techniques
  • Exercise and rehabilitation principles
  • Patient education and treatment planning
  • Appropriate referral when cases fall outside TCM scope

You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas. We value physicians who are curious, clinically minded and are willing to learn.

Requirements

  • Registered TCM Physician in Singapore
  • Strong interest in pain, injury and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Good communication and patient-care skills
  • Willingness to learn tuina / manual therapy / bone-setting
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + performance commission
  • Clinical mentorship and hands-on learning
  • Modern, patient-focused clinic environment
  • Career progression as we expand
  • Full-time or part-time opportunities

If you enjoy helping people and want to develop your TCM pain management skills, we'd love to hear from you.
