Job Title: Part-Time Registered TCM Physician (Flexible Sessions | Progressive Revenue Share)

About the Opportunity

We are introducing Traditional Chinese Medicine services within an established medical and wellness practice.
This role is designed as a low-commitment secondary practice location while we actively build patient flow through clinic marketing and referrals.

Sessions will begin at approximately twice weekly with flexibility to expand as demand grows.

. Fully equipped consultation room & treatment bed
. Basic acupuncture setup and consumables
. Clinic assistant support (registration & payment handling)
. Ongoing patient marketing & lead generation by clinic
. No rental, overhead, or administrative burden
. Flexible scheduling - fixed or rotating days

Remuneration Structure

Startup Phase (initial setup period)
. Session allowance provided per working session
. Plus commission on treatments performed

After patient flow stabilizes
. Progressive revenue-sharing model
. Higher percentage as monthly revenue increases

This structure is intended to minimize idle clinic time initially while allowing strong upside once the practice grows.

Requirements

. Fully registered with Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB)
. Valid practicing certificate
. Able to practice acupuncture
. Comfortable working in an integrated medical setting

Scope of Practice

Outpatient TCM consultation including:
. Acupuncture
. Pain management
. General wellness conditions

Ideal Candidate

We welcome physicians who:
. Currently practice elsewhere and want additional clinic sessions
. Prefer flexible hours instead of full-time employment
. Are interested in growing a patient base together with the clinic
