TCM CLINIC Manger

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operations in Clinic
• Reviewing medical records and conduct in-depth analysis
• Managing a team of TCM physicians
• Manpower and strategic planning
• Develop and review policies and procedures
• Undertaking any other work function assigned
• Reporting to chairman

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Traditional Medicine TCM
• At least have 8-10 years of experience in TCM
• Must be able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
• Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level
• Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers needs
