Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. The role involves ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient service, and supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk and patient flow
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient service delivery
- Supervise and support clinic staff, including training and performance monitoring
- Assist TCM physicians in operational and administrative matters
- Handle patient inquiries and provide quality customer service
- Maintain inventory of herbs, medication, and clinic supplies
- Monitor clinic performance, including revenue and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
- Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare, or wellness operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
