TCM Clinic Assistant

Position: TCM Clinical Assistant

Location: Toa Payoh / Yishun

Working hours : 5 days - TP Morning Shift Full Time 8.30am - 6.00pm
5 days - YS Night Shift ( Full Time 12.30pm-10.00pm)
6 days - TP Night Shift (Part Time 6.30pm-10.00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Registration of patients and collection of payments
• Dispensing of Chinese Herbal Medicine
• Refill and top up of medications
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical or TCM clinic is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication)
