TCM Assistant

Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

• Greet and register patients upon arrival
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
• Assist with patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians

Clinic Maintenance:

• Manage inventory of TCM products
• Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use

Treatment Support:

• Assist TCM physicians with various procedures
• Ensure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatments
• Support physicians during therapies
• Monitor patient progress and note changes to inform physicians

Requirements:

• GCE O Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is an advantage, though training will be provided
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Able to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays
