Expertise in root cause analysis and problem solving
Provide process / machine improvement and implementation of process / machine in development / mass production
Support customer prototype, engineering, qualification builds
Execute process characterization / DOE activities and generate report for submission & presentation
Lead / Support failure analysis and root cause investigation, and generate FACA report & presentation
Work with third party and identify solutions to enhance process / machines capabilities
Coordinate all customers prototype, engineering, qualification builds with cross function teams to maximize our resources
Monitor & track the progress of key deliverables to achieve defined Key Milestone and Success Criteria for process / machine including regular communication with process / development engineers, Program Manager, suppliers and customers
Set & monitor the KPI base on process / development projects
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
Min 5-7 years working experience in the related field
