Tax Senior / Assistant Tax Manager

Our Accounting Firm needs youto perform the following for our clients:

Taxes

. Assistand support in providing tax compliance services to clients operating in variousindustries

. Prepareclients corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeableincome filing and withholding tax returns

. Assistclients in responding to queries from the tax authorities

. Attendto queries from clients and other matters relating to the client portfolio

. Performother ad-hoc duties as assigned

GST

. Applyingfor GST registration/de-registration

. Preparing,reviewing and filing GST quarterly returns

. Assistingclients to apply for certain GST relief schemes periodically

. Attendingto GST queries raised by IRAS

. Makingvoluntary disclosure of errors to IRAS

. Performother ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

. Bachelor'sdegree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably with anSCTP-recognized professional qualification.

. Atleast 1-3 years relevant experience, ideally within a professionalservices or accounting firm.

. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office

. Eagerto learn and able to work independently under pressure

. Positiveattitude, meticulous and someone with initiative

. Possessstrong honesty, integrity and confidentiality

. Goodcommunications and interpersonal skills

. Ableto meet tight schedule

. Goodknowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations
