Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, Professional Services (Singapore)

Our client is an established professional services provider. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced tax professional to join their tax advisory team. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring good-quality tax compliance and advisory services for both domestic and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance and reporting for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.

• Lead tax advisory engagements related to corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, exits, and financing, offering commercially sound and technically robust guidance.

• Review and provide tax analysis on transaction structures and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify tax implications in business transactions and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Participate in proposal development and client engagement activities.

• Stay up to date with relevant tax legislation and developments and apply insights to client scenarios.

• Support ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA. Tax accreditation in income tax (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory, preferably within professional services or corporate environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore income tax laws exposure to international tax matters is a plus.
• Strong time management and the ability to lead client engagements independently.
