Tax Manager | Renewable Energy | 5-8 Years Experience (CL-FIN-05)

About the opportunity

An international renewable energy group is looking for a Tax Manager to support its businesses across Asia Pacific. Working closely with the Group Head of Tax, you will manage tax compliance and advise on investment structures, transactions and tax risks.

The role

Oversee corporate income tax, GST/VAT and withholding tax matters across regional entities, working with local advisers on filings.

Support tax planning for investments and new group structures.

Review transfer pricing policies and maintain supporting documentation.

Advise finance, legal and investment teams on cross-border tax implications.

Manage tax audits and disputes with external advisers.

Improve tax processes and reporting across the group.

Requirements

5-8 years of tax experience, with a degree or relevant professional qualification.

Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing, with exposure to tax matters across Asia Pacific.

Able to balance tax risk with commercial priorities and work independently across teams.

Experience in both an advisory firm and an in-house role would be an advantage.
