Tax Lawyer (4-8 PQE) | Leading International Practice

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Singapore-qualified Tax Lawyer to join a highly regarded international law firm with a market-leading presence across Asia Pacific.

This role sits within a well-established tax practice that regularly advises on some of the region's most sophisticated cross-border transactions and advisory matters. The team works closely with leading practitioners across corporate, finance, private capital and disputes, providing exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value mandates.

You will advise multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and major regional businesses on a variety of tax matters, including:

• Transactional tax support for M&A, private equity and financing transactions
• Domestic and cross-border tax structuring
• Tax advisory work for multinational clients
• Tax aspects of fund formations and investment structures
• Strategic advisory matters involving complex regional considerations

Requirements:

• SG qualified: 4-8 PQE
• Experience gained from a leading local or international law firm
