This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to drive compliance and advisory excellence within a dynamic advisory team.

• Lead a team of tax specialists in delivering end-to-end tax compliance and consultancy services for corporate and individual portfolios.

• Act as a senior technical advisor on complex tax planning, including cross-border structuring and mergers and acquisitions.

• Manage high-level relationships with tax authorities and navigate clients through various tax incentive and risk mitigation programs.

• Drive internal process improvements and the adoption of digital tools to enhance the efficiency of the tax function.

• Contribute to market growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law or related

• 8+ years of leadership experience in tax advisory and compliance within the Singapore regulatory landscape.

• Strong technical proficiency in Singapore corporate and individual income tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.

• Proven track record in managing complex advisory projects such as estate planning, tax incentives, and multi-jurisdictional tax issues.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor professional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience handling inquiries and audits
