We are looking for a highly driven Tax Compliance & Advisory Manager to lead our tax department. You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients, ensuring they remain fully compliant with Singapore's tax laws while providing high-level advisory on tax structuring, incentives, and cross-border transactions.
1. Tax Compliance Management
Oversee the preparation and filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Form C / Form C-S for a portfolio of corporate clients.
Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting, including quarterly filings and ASK (Assisted Self-Help Kit) reviews.
Ensure timely submission of individual income tax (Form B/B1) and withholding tax filings for non-resident payments.
Liaise directly with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regarding tax queries, audits, and voluntary disclosures.
2. Advisory & Strategic Planning
Provide technical advice on Singapore's tax incentives (e.g., PIC, M&A allowance, DTIs).
Advise on international tax matters, including Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation and Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs).
Assist clients with corporate restructuring, permanent establishment risks, and tax-efficient profit repatriation strategies.
3. Leadership & Operations
Review the work of tax associates and seniors, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Monitor legislative changes in the Singapore Budget and OECD (BEPS 2.0) to assess impact on the client base.
Drive business development by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
