Tax Assistant

Tax Compliance

. Assist in preparing tax returns (i.e. corporate income tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes) in foreign jurisdictions where the company has legal presence.

. Assist in identifying potential tax exposures and/or problem areas when reviewing tax compliance.

. Contact, coordinate and manage timelines with the Group's tax teams in foreign jurisdictions to ensure timely tax compliance.

Tax Advisory

. Assist in coordinating with the Tax Authorities to provide documents and information in the event of a tax investigation or tax query.

. Assist in coordinating with external tax and legal advisors to develop and implement solutions for the Group

. Assist in identifying international tax planning opportunities for the Group.

. Assist in reviewing legal Agreements from a tax perspective
