We are an international trading company engaged in cross-border business activities. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented finance professional to support our accounting, financial, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) (Low Volume)
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, financing arrangements, and banking matters (e.g., LC, trade finance)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Review existing finance and accounting workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements (for Finance Manager role)
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper financial governance (for Finance Manager role)
- Support general administrative functions for subsidiary.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience (depending on role level)
- Experience in trading / import-export / LC transactions is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Able to commit on a part-time / flexible basis
- Mandarin & English speaking is a must
Preferred (for Finance Manager level)
- Experience in handling financial governance and accounting workflows
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills
