Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

Collaborate with external tax consultants to prepare and review the annual corporate income tax computation and returns
Collaborate with external tax consultants and internal colleagues from business units to prepare the quarterly GST filing for Singapore entities
Prepare provisional corporate income tax computations for year-end closing & reporting purposes
Assist supervisor to complete group annual effective tax rate calculation and prepare the tax disclosures for statutory audit purposes
Prepare and submit withholding tax returns, collaborate with treasury for payments to tax authorities on timely basis
Assist supervisor and provide input on transfer pricing topics, and collaborate with tax consultants to complete transfer pricing documentation
Ensure the timely and accurate filing of all corporate income tax, GST and withholding tax returns
Regularly reviewing system and making updates and improvement where necessary
Assist supervisor to collect information, analyse CIT/GST/WHT/TP and other tax related queries raised by tax authorities, and provide opinions and recommended respondence to tax authorities
Provide guidance/tax advice to operations/business units
Assist the supervisor to review contracts and propose the optimized tax structure for new or prospective projects, including execution as required
Other ad-hoc duties as the Company may assign or vest in you from time to time

Requirement:
