Take on a high-impact role as a Senior Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst. You will lead the delivery of complex private banking solutions, acting as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technical execution for global enterprise-scale applications.

• Requirements Engineering: Lead Product Layer Workshop (PLW) sessions to elicit business requirements and identify functional gaps.

• Documentation & Design: Author High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and user stories, collaborating closely with Scrum teams and Product Owners.

• Domain Leadership: Provide deep expertise in the Order and Trade Lifecycle, Portfolio Performance Analysis, and Strategy Constraints within the Temenos TAP environment.

• Product Governance: Manage functional configurations for Private Banking Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and core banking services like Payments and FX.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus, obtain support, and drive organizational change.

• Testing & Validation: Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and perform functional validation to ensure solutions meet business intent.

• Strategic Advisory: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business needs for technical teams.

skills and experience required

• Seniority: Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst.

• Implementation Track Record: Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations involving TTI, T24, TDS, and TDH.

• Methodology Mastery: Must have extensive experience working in Agile environments and global enterprise-scale developments.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Communication: Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written English communication.

• Professional Certification: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant Agile methodologies is required.

• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues.

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Cloud, API, and AI/ML technologies is an added advantage.
