Take a senior-level dual-function role as a Project Manager cum Functional Business Analyst (FBA), driving the end-to-end delivery of complex Global Market solutions. You will bridge the gap between front-office expectations and technical implementation, acting as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.

• Requirements Engineering: Analyze complex stakeholder needs to produce detailed business requirements documents and identify functional gaps.

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of product delivery for Global Market systems, managing implementations while tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Architectural Strategy: Formulate design and development proposals to enhance technology efficiency and develop practical domain roadmaps toward a future-state vision.

• System Optimization: Support Global Markets platforms by managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring successful implementation of deliverables.

• Validation & Support: Perform various levels of testing (SIT/UAT) and assist in resolving complex requests related to P&L, Market Data, and booking issues.

• Strategic Communication: Proactively communicate standards, vision, and roadmaps to senior management and stakeholders to address any project concerns.

skills and experience required

• Seniority: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a heavy emphasis on project management and business analysis within the financial services or banking sector.

• Functional Expertise: At least 3-5 years of dedicated experience as a Functional Business Analyst (FBA) with deep domain knowledge in Global Market products.

• Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of trading systems, processes, and front-to-back Global Markets systems architecture.

• Methodology: Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, including the use of Jira and Confluence.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders fluency in English and Chinese is essential for cross-border collaboration with overseas offices.

• Mindset: Results-driven and self-motivated, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
