Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and drive organisational development and talent management strategies, frameworks, and programmes aligned with business objectives
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders across the region on organisational transformation initiatives, including organisational design, structure reviews, and workforce planning
Lead end-to-end delivery of OD and talent initiatives, from needs assessment and solution design to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Translate workforce data, research, and business insights into scalable, practical people solutions
Leverage talent analytics and HR systems to measure programme effectiveness, improve processes, and support decision-making
Act as a key regional point of contact to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-market execution of people initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in Organisational Culture or Talent Management Topics
Minimum 4 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
Proven track record in managing multi-market or regional talent initiatives
Experience working in large organisations, MNCs, or complex stakeholder environments
Strong program management and execution skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide talent decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
