About the role
You will attract and manage recruitment partners, propose digital recruitment solutions, and manage recruitment initiatives to connect upskilled local talent with hiring companies. You will also provide career consultation and support talent acquisition for digital enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Attract new recruitment partners and manage existing partners to address their hiring needs effectively
- Propose and implement digitalized recruitment solutions to enhance workplace productivity by leveraging an upskilled local talent pool
- Manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives including employer branding, outreach, networking, candidate shortlisting, selection, and hiring
- Generate leads, engage in sales activities, and manage client accounts to drive recruitment business growth
- Collaborate with learning delivery and digital marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies targeting digital capability development in clients
- Target hiring companies to support development of omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligent business solutions, and secure modern workplaces
- Provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates to align their skills with job specifications and client requirements
- Source and match suitable candidates for roles across talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation, and talent development consulting segments
Requirements:
- University degree (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talent recruitment experience in the technology industry
- Recruitment technology experience with exposure to IT domains such as Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and ERP systems
- Experience working in a technology start-up environment (preferred)
- Established network or familiarity within the technology industry (preferred)
