.Source and match suitable candidates to clients vacancies

.Screen applications, shortlist candidates

.Brief candidates on job scope, salary & benefits

.Communicate interview outcomes to candidates

. Negotiate salary and finalize placement arrangements

Requirements:

. CEI certified (mandatory).

.Experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage (training provided if new).

. Strong communication & interpersonal skills

.Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven

.Passionate about recruitment and working with people
