About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer Intern focused on the AI & Semiconductor sector, you will be at the front lines of deep-tech executive search. Working alongside senior consultants, you will map global engineering ecosystems to identify, track, and engage top-tier AI researchers, silicon architects, and hardware leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Hardware Market Mapping: Map key companies, research institutes, and startups across AI algorithms, LLMs, ASIC design, FPGA, and advanced semiconductor packaging.
• Deep-Tech Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, IEEE publications, patent databases, and specialized directories to track down niche technical experts and executive leadership.
• Pipeline Development: Maintain and organize structured candidate pipelines within our CRM/ATS, segmenting talent by technical sub-domains (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, System-on-Chip design).
• Personalized Outreach: Draft targeted, highly professional engagement messages tailored to senior engineers, researchers, and tech executives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry developments, funding rounds, and technical talent shifts within the global AI and semiconductor spaces to inform search strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong curiosity about artificial intelligence, silicon architecture, and the semiconductor supply chain.
• Sharp web research skills with a knack for discovering hard-to-find technical talent profiles.
• Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential corporate and candidate data with discretion.
