As a
Super User Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects.
- Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems.
- Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities.
- Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing.
- Coach and support site Super Users across multiple locations.
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
- Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams.
- Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained.
- Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
We're Looking For
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS or similar).
- Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
- Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.
