As a Super User Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects.
Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems.
Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities.
Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing.
Coach and support site Super Users across multipl e locations.
Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams.
Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained.
Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives.

We're Looking For

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS or similar).
Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Project management experience is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.
