Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a US-Headquartered manufacturing organization, and they are looking for a Talent Management Manager with business partnering experience. This role is based in Singapore.
This role blends HR strategic planning with practical execution, driving scalable and costeffective talent initiatives that support organisational growth. You will design and implement talent development programs, strengthen succession planning and performance processes, and partner closely with leaders to build engagement, retention, and high-performing teams. Acting as a trusted HR advisor, you will provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and leadership development while ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
This role is ideal for a Talent Management professional or a HR Business Partner with at least 6-8 years of HR and talent management experience in an established organization. You would have gained significant operational and business partner experience, and you will now be looking for a role that is truly a strategic role with exposure to talent management.
