Role Description
  • Talent Management ExecutiveSupport day-to-day talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Assist in performance management, training coordination, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain HR and talent records, track KPIs, and support reporting for management.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Talent ManagerLead talent management programs, including performance appraisal, career development, and succession planning.
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, and training interventions.
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Talent DirectorDefine and drive the overall talent management strategy across the organization.
  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development programs.
  • Advise executive leadership on talent strategy, workforce trends, and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead talent management teams, set KPIs, and ensure alignment with business growth and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles).
  • Relevant experience:
  • Talent Management Executive: 13 years in HR, talent management, or employee development
  • Talent Manager: 58 years in talent strategy, performance management, or leadership development
  • Talent Director: 1015+ years in enterprise talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR leadership
  • Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks, HR practices, and employee development strategies.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, talent analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design and execute talent strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
