The Opportunity
- My client, a leading organsation (MNC) in the Luxury Retail industry has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Development Manager to join the SEA team. This position will focus on a vast array of learning and development activities held at the SEA Talent Development Centre including leadership programmes, lab series, cross-brand forums and skills-based workshops

- Monday - Friday
- Salary: Up to $10k (subjected to experience)
- 2 years contract (convertible to perm subjected to performance)
The Talent:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in a learning/ training role
- Hands-on experience in managing corporate program (End to end)
- Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using virtual communication applications, e.g. Zoom, MS Teams
Job Description
- Develop and execute the regional L&D plan, roadmap, and budget aligned with global strategy
- Design and deliver endtoend learning programmes, including leadership and skillsbased initiatives
- Conduct learning needs analysis and partner stakeholders to define development priorities
- Manage learning partners, programme evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee regional learning calendar, participant tracking, and programme communications
- Support career development frameworks and regional rollouts
- Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives and employee community activities
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
