Job Description:
The Recruitment Specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience by liaising directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates on-site, and address any issues that arise.
- Responsibility -
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for critical roles.
Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future workforce needs.
Promote employer branding by acting as a brand ambassador and highlighting company culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
Implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to offer.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and constructive feedback.
Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
