Job Description:
The Recruitment Specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience by liaising directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates on-site, and address any issues that arise.

- Responsibility -

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for critical roles.

  • Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future workforce needs.

  • Promote employer branding by acting as a brand ambassador and highlighting company culture, values, and career growth opportunities.

  • Implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to offer.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and constructive feedback.

  • Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification: A driven individual with a GCE A Level Certificate, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification. Employee assitance programme

Eligibility:

  • Singapore Citizens are preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
