3. Tracking, Reporting and Programme Improvement for T&L Programmes
Maintain trackers, collate data and feedback, and prepare reporting inputs for management updates and programme evaluation. Use data and observations to identify areas for improvement and improve programme delivery.
4. Overseas Engagements Coordinate arrangements for overseas conferences, learning trips and T&L-related events, including logistics, participant communications, on-site support and follow-up. The role may require participation in selected local and overseas engagements.
Qualifications & Experience

5.Comfortable with data collation, basic reporting, documentation and maintaining accurate programme records.
6.Willing to support local and overseas conferences, learning trips and SNCF-led events, including occasional travel where required.
7.Interest in leadership development, capability building, community development or the co-operative movement would be an advantage.
