Our client is a successful and well-capitalised commodities trading business headquartered in Singapore, with an established presence across key international markets. As the organisation continues to grow and strengthen its leadership capabilities globally, it is seeking an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Lead to shape and deliver an integrated talent strategy that supports its continued growth.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will define and execute the organisation's global talent and leadership development strategy, with a key focus on identifying and developing high-potential talent and strengthening leadership capability. You will design and implement talent, leadership, learning and performance frameworks, assess current and future capability needs, and bring forward ideas and recommendations to top management. Working across an international workforce, you will translate strategy into impactful development solutions and measurable outcomes, while also contributing to talent reviews, job architecture, performance management and broader HR change initiatives as the business evolves.

Requirements

You are an experienced talent management and leadership development professional, ideally with experience spanning both large, progressive multinational organisations and mid-sized firms. You bring strong foundations in established talent and leadership practices, together with the breadth and hands-on experience to design and implement solutions in more agile environments. You have developed high-potential talent, leadership development, learning and performance frameworks across international markets, combining strategic and conceptual capability with strong execution. Credible and influential with senior leaders, you bring strong facilitation, analytical and internal consulting skills, with the cultural awareness to operate across a diverse global workforce. Experience within financial services, commodities or consulting will be advantageous.
