Job Description
- Assist in data mining activities, lead generation, opportunity identification, and service recommendations aligned with clients hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate records accurately within the CRM system
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment status reports
- Assist in the posting and management of job advertisements across various job platforms
- Assist in coordinating collaborations and partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, external vendors, and suppliers
- Generate new client leads through professional networking and appointment scheduling
- Identify, build, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through schools, communities, and social media platforms
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and business stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements
- Participate in Retail Talent Community events to engage stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing, learning, and networking within the retail, fashion, and beauty industries
- Prepare and present monthly functional updates, internal management reports, and MOM-related reports
- Design and execute social media campaigns and content marketing strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation timelines
- Produce high-quality recruitment-related content, including editing, proofreading, and content enhancement
- Be involved in ad-hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 2 years of relevant HR recruitment experiences within retail industries
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CEI Certified
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to manage employee data effectively.
- Strong organisational and business acumen skills to work with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
