About the Role

The Singapore Floorball Association (SFA) isseeking a Talent Development (Pathways) Executive to support the structured implementation and continuous enhancement of Singapore's national floorball development pathway, in alignment with the strategic objectives and funding frameworks of Sport Singapore (SportSG).

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the Talent Development (Pathways) Executive will strengthen system alignment across youth athlete and NROC coach development pathways, by ensuring programme quality, governance compliance, and measurable outcomes across the floorball ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support execution of the youth talent development framework under the direction of the Technical Director.

2. Oversees the implementation of talent development programmes at the National Youth Training Centre (NYTC) including programme development, organizing and delivery.

3. Design and develop annual talent development camps and initiatives in Singapore and overseas.

4. Coordinate talent identification initiatives across different stakeholder such as MOE, Singapore Sports School to establish a robust talent athlete tracking system.

5. Coordinate the implementation of National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation (AOFC) coach education courses and professional development programmes in Singapore and overseas.

6. Work closely with identified curriculum experts to continuously review NROC and AOFC coach education curriculum.

7. Assist in monitoring coach education courses and professional development programmes standards and support its course evaluation processes.

8. Deliver monthly portfolio report, and support annual workplan submissions, budget tracking, and audit reporting cycles.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Sport Science, Education, or related discipline.

. 2-4 years experience in youth and/or sports development sector. Fresh graduates with a strong sports background and relevant sport programming experience are invited to apply.

. Able to work independently, with strong work ethics including timely organisational reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.

. Data analysis and sports science background will be an advantage.
