Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading financial services firm to appoint a collaborative and people‑focused Talent Development professional to join their Singapore office. This role sits within the HR and talent function and plays a key role in supporting learning, development, and capability‑building initiatives across the organisation in a high‑performing environment.

This individual will support a broad range of talent development and learning initiatives, working closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development teams, and business stakeholders. The scope includes supporting onboarding and development programmes, coordinating training and learning initiatives, tracking performance and progression milestones, and contributing to engagement and retention initiatives.

The role will also involve involvement in the ongoing management of graduate and early‑career programmes, including onboarding, rotations, development activities, and programme logistics, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for early‑career talent alongside broader employee populations.

The successful candidate will be an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented HR or talent professional with experience or a strong interest in talent development, learning programmes, and development initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort operating in a highly structured and fast‑paced financial services environment are essential. Prior exposure to talent development, learning coordination, or early‑career programme support would be highly valued.
