Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of our fast-paced HR team, supporting recruitment efforts across various business units. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes of hiring, gain exposure to strategic talent initiatives, and sharpen your communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus outreach, social media campaigns)
- Help organize recruitment events and career fairs
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Passion for people and interest in recruitment or HR
