Job Description
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and talent development initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining top talent while ensuring HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate assessment processes.
- Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
- Manage offer preparation and employment documentation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee leave, attendance, and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate work pass, visa, and employment-related requirements where applicable.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience handling HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience in a regional or multinational environment is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
