Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and commercial roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
- Drive a seamless candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communications, and ensuring timely feedback.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to optimize recruitment effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 24 years experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within tech or fast-growing companies.
- Proven ability to hire across diverse functionsengineering, product, sales, and corporate.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
